BB Z10 comes with its own features and specifications not being in the typical Android stream of smart phones. But Galaxy S4 is gaining high popularity even before its official release and is going to be tough fight for Z10.

The brands are fighting it big time now in the markets to make a lead. They are coming up with products every now  and then to lure the customers. While Samsung  is a regular brand launching products in the market BlackBerry  has launched their first  typically smart phone feature based product Z 10 in the market. Looking at the past records and market performance of the brand it is a do or die situation for them.

Here we are going to check out the   most two competitive gadgets in detail. We are going to explore the feature of Samsung Galaxy S IV and BlackBerry Z 10 in detail.  We will try to figure it out who is the winner among these two top notch gadgets in market.

THE PROCESSOR STATS

The new Galaxy S4 is to be released in two processor variations.  One of the variations is to be powered by the Samsung’s proprietary Exynos 5 Octa processor. This processor is using ARM’s bigg. LITTLE architecture along with four Cortex A15 cores chipset clocked at 1.6 GHz.

This chipset configuration is for the multimedia applications and for the basic functioning there is use of four Cortex A7 cores chipset working at 1.2 GHz. The second variation uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 chipset with four 1.9 GHz Krait 300 cores and Adreno 320 GPU. The models will be launched based on the demands in the market.

The BlackBerry Z10 is powered Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor along with an Adreno 225 GPU for graphics and brightness.  There is no comparison between the two gadgets power factor and Galaxy S IV is the undisputed winner in this domain for sure.

On the display front Galaxy S4 comes with a 5” touch display having a resolution of 1, 1080 x 1,920 pixels along with 441 ppi pixel density. Samsung has made the use of Super AMOLED technology for more brightness and providing 180 degree viewing angles. The display is protected with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

BB Z 10 comes with a 4.2” LCD touch display providing users with a 1280x768 pixel resolution and pixel density of 355ppi. The color and contrast are decent and the picture quality is not at all shabby.

If we talk about the display characteristics of these two gadgets then also Samsung galaxy S IV makes the lead easily. It’s wider screen and use of the super AMOLED technology makes it a winner.

MATERIAL AND BODY

The smart phone world is revolving not just around the world of apps and power on board but looks also matter a lot in this domain. If we talk about the looks of this gadget then the BlackBerry Z 10 if fabricated from polycarbonate and comes with a premium gadget feel along with matte finish. There is active use of textured rubber cladding and plastic grip panels. All these specifications make Z 10 a decent yet appealing gadget.
On the other side Galaxy S IV is not crafted to be design perfect with its all plastic body it is made to be just an appropriate fit for the users. In this domain BB Z 10 is sure ahead of the Galaxy S IV.

OTHER MAJOR SPECIFICATION

BB Z10 comes with 16 GB internal storage expandable to 64 GB using a microSD and 2 GB RAM. While Galaxy S IV is boarded with a 2GB RAM and 16, 32and 64 GB internal storage  based on the model all of which are expandable to 64 GB using microSD. Here we go by the specifications the model end up in a tie if we ignore the other variations of Galaxy S IV.

VERDICT

For the show case BB Z 10 may be the choice of those who are mesmerized by the looks and the Enterprise specific features of BlackBerry. But Galaxy series is the ace from Samsung and the Galaxy S IV is going to sweep all the competitors if it followed the same popularity.
